- KMKim MMar 28, 20262.0This Dutch Bros knows absolutely nothing about taking orders based on who actually arrived first, or even doing something simple like taking turns between the two lines to keep it fair. They clearly let one whole line go through before the other even gets a chance, and they don’t make any effort to balance it out. They also take forever with the ordering, which makes the whole experience even worse. If I ever needed something quick through a drive‑through, I would never come here again. I’d rather go to another Dutch Bros that actually understands something as simple as taking turns or learning how to manage their ordering system.

They handed me my drinks after about 10-12mins and something looked wrong but couldn’t question it since I was in a hurry and left. After driving away I realized the large hot latte I ordered came in a 32oz clear cup with no ice (looks blended but it’s not). The other drink was completely fine! Not sure how this got messed up but I poured the whole thing out once I had the chance.

I don’t come too often, but when I’m feeling something really sweet to start my day, I’ll hop right on over to get myself a freeze. Way better than a Starbucks frap! Just a bit more costly depending what you get.

A Dutch Shake is our take on a classic shake. A Dutch Freeze® is a blended coffee drink!

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
