  $10 iced coffee. Ouch. It was milky but the coffee was okay tasting. Wouldn’t be my number 1 option.

  1-Star Review I had a very disappointing experience at Dunkin'. I ordered an iced coffee, and it was extremely weak — it honestly tasted like watered-down ice with barely any coffee flavor. When I politely brought it to the manager’s attention, she immediately dismissed me and told me I was wrong. She didn’t offer to remake the drink, didn’t offer a refund, and didn’t even bother to taste the coffee herself. What made it worse was her attitude — she clearly could not have cared less whether I received a refund or not. As a paying customer, I expect basic courtesy and a willingness to fix an issue. Instead, I was brushed off and treated like my concern didn’t matter at all. Poor customer service and poor product quality. I won’t be returning to this location.

  No places to sit here, just a quick in-n-out Dunkin. Barista put whole milk in my matcha instead of oat milk, but she was very understanding and remade it no problem! Thank you for being so polite!

  I’ve been to countless Dunkin’ Donuts, it’s my go to coffee shop. But this one was terrible service and quality. I asked for 1 vanilla pump since I don’t like it super sweet, the barista made it taste very vanilla when I clearly asked for it not too. They said they don’t participate in the rewards program when they literally have signs in the store promoting it. I spent $50 when it would have been closer to $30.
