  I come to Dunkin on Warm Springs and Durango nearly every Sunday to have breakfast and do some work on my computer. While the staff is friendly, if a little loud at times, the food has become a real problem. My usualy order is a bacon, egg, and cheese on a bagel, but the last few times, it had been so over-toasted I can barely bite into it. They're hard and rubbery. I'm not a huge coffee drinker, but I've also noticed the taste had changed and is getting that burnt quality you find at Starbucks. These are problems that can easily be corrected, which I hope they will be soon.

  Most horrible place i came here and the coffee looked so nasty ut tasted like rotten milk I asked the cashier to please re make it and she refused i told her to call the manager and shes said ut was her her name is EMILY WORST COSTUMER SERVICE EVER SHE YELLED AT ME AND TOLD ME NO

  No sense of urgency even when you order ahead your not welcomed by anyone sloppy I ordered 2 box of Joe for pick up at 7:40 so I can be to work for 8:00 the guy spills coffee all over the box which is cardboard then tries to give it to me as if it's going to stay put together he's upset because he has to change the box then gives me two half full box of Joe's so essentially I paid for two and really only got one this location is terrible they need help over there to bring them back up I think I'll find a different location from now on so I didn't make it to work on time

  Man I hate doing this but after I saw the reviews I understand..this place is terrible lol not only do they not make the drinks right we were trapped in line for over 30 minutes making everyone late to work i literally saw 3 cars reversing out of the drive through what is going on? U dont hand make the donuts and coffee right then in there you drop it in a dam bag amd push a button..this place needs serious training its supposed to be "Fast Food" that's the reason for a drive through.
