- TKTiffanie KnappMar 18, 20261.0I ordered a black coffee which was very hot with no cream to cool it off. While waiting for my breakfast sandwich (after paying) I asked for a sleeve- the don't have sleeves. I asked for another cup as the coffee was burning my hand. The only male working, a tall, heavy set person with longish black hair, told me it was .81 for a cup. I had no cash on me and there was a line. So, I am supposed to get in line and use a credit card for a cup while standing there holding a cup that was currently burning me? I said to the male, Nevermind I'll just burn my hand- he offered me an iced coffee. He was being very sarcastic. As I got my food, he winked and made a kiss face at me. This was the only bad customer service experience we had in this hotel. That guy was a total jerk.
