- MSMichael StinsonFeb 8, 20261.0The Location is scheduled to close at 6pm it is now 5:45pm, I arrived at 5:25pm. The Location is closed early and I see workers inside still cleaning. All of the lights are off and so is the drive thru plus the open sign.

I looked inside and I believe it was the manager who was yelling profanities at the workers there who already looked busy as it is. Not sure what type of professionalism is tolerated there but I will not be going back to save those poor workers the trouble.

I had to correct and say again slow two more times, then basically tell how to make the drink. Then when I used my points for my free items, it took him to another level of frustration.

Only one staff standing/working in front of the drive-tru window. This asian guy saw we came in and he didn't greet us and just continued doing his work. We understand that he was busy but we waited almost 10 minutes and he still ignored us. That's unacceptable. Food and drinks were great but not the service. I'll definitely won't come again to this location.
