I ordered a standard medium matcha latte, without any specific additions or modifications. Upon receiving my order, I was disappointed to find that the beverage was served at a temperature that was barely warm, falling considerably short of the expected warmth for a hot drink. This significantly detracted from the overall quality of my experience and did not meet my expectations for a freshly prepared beverage. Secondly, I observed that the fill level of the cup was approximately three-quarters, rather than completely full.

She clearly needs to work on reading context Basic common courtesy, and common sense would go a long way I’ll be sure to tell my friends and family about my experience here at this location as well so they can avoid dealing with low quality and low effort workers
