  On March 11 I ordered a Medium Pan Pizza with pepperoni, Italian sausage, mushroom, onion and extra cheese. When I showed up a few minutes later they slid a pizza across the counter and it was missing the sausage. I explained the order was wrong and they offered to remake it. I was asked if I wanted the pizza they got wrong and I replied no, then they offered a comp… a 2 liter or lava cake. I said it wasn’t necessary but he was insistent, and I finally chose the lava cake. I waited and watched for about 10 minutes for the correct order. During this time I saw the employee that remade the pizza made some bread bites of some sort which he boxed. A few minutes later the employee that offered the company put the lava cakes in their box, and the pizza came out of the oven about the same time and was boxed. I checked the pizza and it was right but didn’t check the dessert box ( lava cake). When I got home I put the “lava cake” in the fridge and had some pizza. Today, March 12, I thought I would have a lava cake…NOPE. Those bread bites I saw the employee box, shake, place in the done rack…they were pepperoni bread bites. Couldn’t even get the comp right. This is not the first time this location has messed up an order. I ordered a Philly Cheese steak a few weeks ago and specifically stated NO Bell peppers. Nope, they literally covered every square inch of that pizza with bell peppers. Years ago, I ordered a pizza after working a very long day. It was deliver and when I opened the box the pizza was BURNT. I mean a sliced stayed horizontal when pulled out of the box. I took that pizza back to the store and got all money back, including the tip I gave the driver. When I asked Samantha how that pizza even made it in the box, I got a smirk. I had posted this occasion on social media and hadn’t returned until recently. I am now not returning to this store again. They really need to hire people that can get orders right, and care about what they should be doing at work instead of staring at their cell phones. See ya Dominos! Again!

  In this dominos branch 9310 eastern their very stingy when it comes to putting toppings specially that tall skinny curly hair guy who's always there i always get pizza there and he's always the one preparing it very little sauce very little cheese I ordered 3 meat toppings he only put 2 and im paying it's not like it's free, very disappointing

  Delivery drivers know how to deliver to gated communities. Doordashers will get lost; Dominos drivers have maps

  Ordered using the app! Paid in store used tap to pay and the worker who helped me was pleasant. The pizza looks great and tasted just as good!!!

  Food was ready fast and cooked to perfection. Service was fast and friendly. Pizza is good. I'll be back again.
