- TLTodd LewisMar 30, 20265.0Very cool shop inside the Block 16 Food Hall on the upper levels of the Cosmopolitan Hotel Lobby that sells large, fancy donuts, hamburgers and drinks. Great place to try especially if your staying at the Cosmopolitan.

I paid as it was my first coffee in Vegas but then to see him dispense the coffee from a draught bar and not make it fresh was extremely disappointing. Below average iced latte and disappointed with how we were treated becuase we were tourists. Thinking he could charge 20% for pouring it out of a tap.
