I arrived 3 minutes after the time they said it would be ready. It wasn't. When I arrived, there was one other customer inside and they were just paying and left. Drive thru was empty. I was the only customer, there were 5 employees and my order wasn't ready. Mind you the food is already cooked.. they just have to scoop it into a bowl... I sat there for 5 minutes watching 4 of them stand around and look at their phones while a poor girl in the drive thru booth was trying to pump out online orders without any help. Why is there someone just sitting at the register and not helping? Why is there a guy asking me if I'm waiting for an order but proceeds to stare at his phone? Why would it have been quicker if I just came in and ordered besides ordering 10 minutes ahead of time? Like make it make sense. But because there was multiple online orders and only one employee allowed to make them, I had to wait longer. The guy doing nothing at the counter couldn't help? But when a family of four walked in, they gladly helped finished their order and get them out the door by the time I did. All I ordered was a burrito and a bowl 10 minutes ahead of time and had to wait 10 more minutes while a family of 4 got all their meals in 5 minutes without placing an order in advance. MAKE IT MAKE SENSE. Who ever runs this place should be embarrassed.
