  Good food, but the service...... Awful. Takes for ever to be served, the employees are always laughing and joking. Usually 4 or 5 around when I go in. They just walk by telling me someone will be right with me. Sometimes it's the same person that comes back after finishing a "what happened today at school" story to help me. Seriously don't need to hear it, just want to get food for my kids before going to work.

  This was my first Purchasing a meal from this particular location since they built the restaurant it neighborhood. I was surprised it was DIRTY. 😲😲 Food on the floor in the middle of the day at 2:00 PM. The countertops inside was Messy. The Drinking fountain had ice on it. Gross. It looked like they didn’t clean from Friday night. No one was setting in the restaurant. I personally will Not eat there. This restaurant may be a year old or a little over.

  Worse service in the world! I can point out 2 employees that if you replaced the place would not be a few ratings away from the 2 star club! I drive further just to avoid going here worse team members at any chipotle I’ve ever been to. Sucks becuse I go to chipotle a lot and this would be the ideal location for me but I only go here if I’m just really really in a rush and can’t drive to the other one near by which has longer line but way better service so I go. And today I decided I simply won’t be spending any more money at this location. I refuse to spend my money at places that don’t make you feel welcome I’ll go hungry before I go back here. I’ll spend my money where it’s welcomed with a smile not grumpy kids. Every time I end up at this location I am highly disappointed and it’s always the same 2 employees. And long behold after experiencing this multiple times I come to the the reviews to see it’s not hair me. So much so that the lil google description of this restaurant has included the fact the “people say the service is bad” I’ve experienced this chipotle when neither of them working and it’s definitely better service to bad cant count on them not being there. But we can count on my money not being spent here anymore.

  This Chipotle is _______. The food is normally good, but the customer service is nonexistent. I asked for a water cup, and a rude staff member insisted I had to order an entree to get the water. Water should be free and accessible to everyone. I also asked for the code to the bathroom and a different worker mumbled it to me. I asked for them to repeat it and they walked away. The food is alright, but I’d recommend ordering online to avoid any interaction with workers. They are disrespectful and unprofessional.
