Chipotle is notorious for questionable customer service. Don’t get me wrong, I understand their frustration when dealing with unruly and demanding customers—but we were neither and received the worst customer service imaginable.
There were two young women on the line, no name tags, they were visibly pissed off, irritated, and annoyed that they have a job to do.
The bottom line is that they were disrespectful to not only myself, but also others in line. They threw the food at us (not literally, but slid it aggressively in our direction) and treated us like we were slow.
The location on Fort Apache (although further away) is much better.
Horrible customer service! This is the second time my service has been like this! I ordered 3 tacos which they make by putting it in foil! I asked for an empty bowl to go for my leftover food! The big guy made a big deal about how I can’t get a bowl to go and they don’t sell it like that! Like what are you talking about, then asked if it’s veggie when I don’t have meat so you tell me?! Then tell me well you can go to another chipotle if you want! Wow I was done! As I’m paying for my order he says do you want the bowl, I say no thanks it’s not that serious for an empty bowl, then say here it’s on the house! While being funny!

Customer service was terrible w the exception of the female cashier the one making the food acted as if he couldn't be bothered or didn't want to be there.. the food looked old it was dried out not hot at all just disappointing... not sure if every Chipotle is the same but for my first time I was definitely Disappointed
Like everyone else, this place has FELL all the way OFF. Food is terrible now (half of the steak was all fat piece, posted a pic of one solid piece and look at the rest. garbage), but the main thing is the customer service is TRASH. I've seen them talk back and being rude then snicker and laugh at 2 different people over the past weeks (got nothing to do with me). That's Not cool. No way of ever contacting any management or corporate even when I did have my own issues here and there. There's a VALID reason why it's a general consensus amongst everyone and the entire internet why Chipotle sucks now and their numbers are doing so bad compared to before. Today was my last time, no more chances. I hope the poor old man they laughed at today does get in contact with a manager which I doubt cause they gate-block all that. Some spots I (and apparently a ton of others now cause they're packed and Chipotle is not anywhere near anymore) suggest instead is Taco Stand by that Chickfila, and Orizabas in Downtown Summerlin.

Although the food is good, this has been the second time I've come to this location and the customer service has been poor, this location likes to nickel and dime for everything. My order is quite simple, kids chicken quesadilla and sides. Apparently the kids meals come with 2 sides (why does the box have 3 slots?!) chips and a drink, I usually order a third side which I understand may be an additional charge depending on location and workers. However what I do not agree with being charged extra for is a side of salsa, when that is a FREE condiment. There is no way I should be getting charged an extra 1.60 for SALSA. The short hispanic guy which i'm presuming is the manager, always argues with me on why he's charging me extra, firstly I am the customer, I wouldn't mind being charged extra , if you approached the situation professionally. Instead he proceeds to tell me "well if you order online" blah blah blah. I wont be back at this location. Worst chipotle ever.
