- ILIrvin Lara2 days ago1.0I had a terrible experience at this Chipotle location. Not only was the manager’s attitude completely unprofessional and dismissive, but I also found an insect in my food. Yes, an actual insect. I would strongly advise everyone to avoid this place. Be very careful if you decide to eat here, because clearly their food safety standards are not being taken seriously. Definitely not worth the risk.

I asked for a cheese quesadilla, and after seeing her grab a small children’s tortilla, I asked if I could instead do an adult one; she immediately got pissy, stared at me, and threw a pinch of cheese on it and started cooking it. It came out overcooked, and as she was already acting like a child, I didn’t want to point out that that was not an acceptable quality for the $10+ item. It ended up being burnt, and was paper thin with practically zero cheese on it. Needless to say, I won’t be coming back to this location. If you want to act like a baby because you didn’t pay attention to what I was asking for, then good luck staying sane in retail I guess; I’m just not going to put up with passive aggressiveness over doing your job.
