  The brown rice in my carnitas burrito was completely uncooked. The grains of rice were tiny and hard. The burrito was inedible.🤮

  I hit my head sitting down on a wooden ledge behind the bench seating. The store manager ignored me when I was helped by my son to the register. Even after the clerk told her I wanted to speak . She proceeded to help other people in the line rather than acknowledging me. An upper manager directed the store manager to get my contact information and details for the record. They did not express any concern about my well being. My overall experience is poor. I felt that the manager was defensive and accusatory regarding the incident and she was dismissive of my pain.

  More of a "Rice Burrito". Ordered a steak burrito for pickup with the standard meat, beans, rice, and salsa. While the flavors were exactly as expected for Chipotle, the proportions were way off. The Fill: The burrito was 90% rice. If you’re looking for a rice-heavy meal, it’s fine, but there was very little steak to be found. Price vs. Value: At $10+, the lack of protein makes it hard to justify. I wouldn't order from this specific location again. For the price, you expect a more balanced burrito, not a giant ball of rice.
