  I visited Chipotle recently and noticed something concerning. There was one employee working in the front by themselves for over an hour handling customers and the line. They were doing their best and stayed professional, but it was clearly overwhelming for just one person. What stood out to me is that every day there seems to be a different manager, and none of them stepped in to help support that employee while they were struggling to keep up. It didn’t seem fair to leave one worker alone like that while management was present. I want to recognize the employee for staying calm and continuing to help customers despite the situation. I hope management can do better supporting their team and making sure employees aren’t left by themselves during busy times.

  It's hit or miss for me but when they have the chicken al pastor great it. It's so yummy and the best time to go is when they first open

  This location is a mixed bag meaning they can be good at times or just outright awful at times. You have to go on certain days because there are some terrible employees there but then another day they have such kind amazing people there that are just good at their job.
