- JGJ GApr 10, 20262.0ALERT: This Chick-fil-A periodically gives customer receipts that show a survey, which the customer may complete, and then later show the QR code to the cashier for a free CFA sandwich. This is deceptive! I’ve completed 2 surveys in the last 30 days by typing in a long 22-digit survey code & answering a variety of questions. Then I wait 3–4 days for CFA to email me a QR code to redeem for free food. The CQ code never comes in 3 days! I’ve told 3 different employees at this CFA about this issue, one of them said, “use the app,” the other said, “no worries.”

The service was very fast and efficient, and the staff were friendly. The coffee was also surprisingly good, which made the meal even better. The only small downside is that the portion size felt a bit small, but the quality of the food definitely makes up for it. Overall, great food, great coffee, and quick service. I would definitely come back again!
