- KWKekey Williams4 days ago5.0They didnt greet us as we walked in and wasnt addressed until 5 to 8 mins later after walkin in but my baby girl wanted chick-fil-A so i continue to order her food which took 4 ever to get she like the food i didnt care for the service we got 😔 the reason for the score. We better customer service to All people entering the establishment.

Long lines and wait times. And 3 times now I've gotten in the drive thru only to be trapped inside of it aitu g to exit because they ran out of food 2 hours before they closed and were not willing to make fresh. Manager was not even aware they were out of food. Shockingly.
