I had a really disappointing experience at Chick-fil-A. My order was completely messed up, and to make things worse, the fries I received were clearly undercooked—soft, pale, and not even close to the usual quality you’d expect. On top of that, the entire restaurant had a strong sewer-like smell, which made it very unpleasant to even sit and eat. It’s not what you expect when going to a place known for cleanliness and good service. Overall, this visit was far below standard. I hope management addresses both the food quality and the cleanliness issues, because this experience definitely didn’t live up to the brand’s reputation.I had a really disappointing experience at Chick-fil-A. Today 4/10 , went in to order some food and it was excellent as always but I have to give a 10/10 to Susan (Supervisor) there. She was so kind to me. Was having a hard time figuring out what the kids wanted to eat and my morning was all off. She told me to take my time and no rush at all. Her kindness today was bigger than Chick-fil-a. Patient, welcoming and compassionate. Grieving a loss and she was the warm face I needed to see today. Thank you Susan and thank you to this store that is always on point!

I was so excited to try the Jalapeno Ranch Club, but they left out the Jalapeno Ranch. By the time I got home I wasn't going to go all the way back for a packet of sauce, so they wouldn't even give me a refund.

I've eaten at many Chick-fil-A locations, but this visit was so over the top intrusive that my wife and I just wanted to get out as fast as possible. During a roughly 20‑minute dine‑in stop, a young female employee came by our table at least five separate times to “check on us,” hand out random compliments, and generally hover. Chick‑fil‑A trains staff to do periodic “table touches” and check on guests, but this was way beyond reasonable. It completely killed any chance to just sit, decompress after a long day, and have a normal conversation with my wife. What made it worse was how fake the compliments were. She was literally complimenting almost everyone in the restaurant, rapid‑fire, to the point where it felt like a script instead of genuine hospitality. This is Chick‑fil‑A, not Fleming’s or some white‑tablecloth place. I don’t need a fast‑food employee circling back every couple of minutes to tell me how great everything is while I’m just trying to eat a chicken sandwich. For the record, my shirt actually is cool: a Visconti paisley shirt in that Robert Graham / Chris Sacca style that usually gets real reactions from people who know fashion. I also happened to be wearing a Rolex Daytona Panda, which she obviously had no idea about. I don’t care if staff notice any of that, but I do care about being repeatedly interrupted with generic, insincere flattery that feels like a box‑checking exercise. It got so bad that I asked my wife to get our diet frosted lemonades to go, because I knew if we stayed to drink them there, we’d be interrupted even more. Instead of leaving relaxed, we left irritated and rushed, just to escape the constant pestering. Chick‑fil‑A may pride itself on “great service,” but there’s a big difference between being attentive and making customers feel accosted. This visit was firmly in the latter category, and it made me think twice about ever choosing this location to dine in again.

Chick-fil-A is one of the most popular fast food chains in the United States, known for its chicken-focused menu and consistent quality. The restaurant’s signature item is the classic chicken sandwich, made with a seasoned fried chicken breast served on a buttered bun with pickles. Other popular items include chicken nuggets, waffle fries, and a variety of dipping sauces. The food is known for being fresh, simple, and flavorful, and the service is often praised for being friendly and efficient. The restaurants usually have a clean and welcoming atmosphere, with both dine-in seating and convenient drive-thru service. Overall, Chick-fil-A is a dependable place for a quick and satisfying meal, especially for anyone who enjoys well-made chicken sandwiches and classic American fast food.
