  Excellent coffee 24 hours I enjoyed the ice cream I really liked the attention that LINDA gave me, that’s the kind of persons you need to have in your team work. Excellent person!

  I was very disappointed with my visit to this ice cream shop in Las Vegas. The attendant was unhelpful and unwilling to accommodate a simple request. All I asked for was one scoop split half-and-half between two flavors—a perfectly reasonable option and a great way to sample more variety. It’s also a generous portion size that many customers appreciate. Unfortunately, my request was dismissed without any effort to assist or provide an alternative. In a city like Las Vegas, which welcomes visitors from all over the world—especially Europe—flexibility and customer satisfaction should be a priority. Offering the option to split flavors within a single scoop is common practice and goes a long way toward making customers happy. Given the lack of service and accommodation, it’s no surprise they have received negative reviews. A little effort and a more customer-friendly attitude would make a significant difference.

  Caffè al Teatro, all’interno del Wynn Resort & Casinò, è una vera certezza per una colazione di qualità a Las Vegas. Il servizio è impeccabile: personale bravissimo, veloce e sempre attento. Caffè ottimo, pain au chocolat enorme e davvero buonissimo, così come i croissant. Ampia scelta anche per il salato, con diverse opzioni vegane, e frutta fresca di qualità. Menzione speciale per il gelato: da italiano, uno dei migliori che abbia trovato a Las Vegas. Il locale è molto carino, perfetto anche per fermarsi a lavorare al computer mentre si fa colazione in un ambiente elegante e rilassato. Unica nota: i prezzi sono molto alti… ma essendo all’interno del Wynn, è assolutamente in linea con il contesto. Consigliatissimo!

  Watch out for the up charge. 2 days in a row, they charged me $2 extra for oat milk in my mocha, even though I didn't ask for it. Guess it's my fault if I didn’t catch it the 2nd time.
