  Let me start off my saying i’ve been coming to this restaraunt for 10 years, it has always been one of my favorite spots downtown. The last time i came here was November 2025 and we had an excellent experience then, i am surprised how quickly they’ve gone downhill compared to last nights bad experience. We started off with the cadillac trio and found a long hair in the queso. When we told our server about it, she didn’t really care and said “well is there something you want me to do about that?” The enchiladas were burnt, and my birria tacos barely had any consome. The rice with my birria was inedible. It took 15 minutes to get my bottle of beer, when I reminded the server that i ordered a beer, she said with an attitude “yeah i know, the bartender is gone” My silverware was dirty, when I asked the server for a new set she made a face and brought me a second set of silverware, which was also dirty. When we paid the bill, the person who retuned our card coughed all over it and in our faces. The restaurant wasn’t super busy, and a lot of the issues we faced could have been overlooked if there was any sort of customer service. I don’t understand why we were treated so poorly, we didn’t ask for much and didn’t complain about most of the issues because we already felt like a nuisance based off the attitude of our server.

  Had a great experience last weekend. The food was fresh, flavorful, and came out quickly. The atmosphere was lively and perfect for a casual meal downtown. Our server with the red hair was especially friendly and attentive—she made sure we had everything we needed and checked in at just the right times. Great service and great food. I’d definitely come back next time I’m in Vegas. Oh and the margaritas were delicious!

  Best Mexican Cantina on Fremont! A must for anyone craving chips, salsa, and the best Cadillac Margarita in town. Kara was amazing and took care of our group like we were family.

  This place is great. Very accommodating as my wife can't eat chips so the waitress brought fresh vegetables for the Cadillac trio. The trio comes with queso, guacamole and salsa and neither of the 3 disappointed. I ordered the tortilla soup which is competing with the best I've ever had. My wife did the chicken fajitas and they were cooked perfectly. The food was not only fantastic, but it came out so quick. I don't think we could have gotten it faster if we ordered ahead. This will be a go-to place from now on. The atmosphere and waitstaff was also great. It is a must try in my opinion. Because it is away from the main casino floor, you don't have the extra traffic, noise or smoke to contend with.
