- MMMARIE1 day ago1.0Both of the chicken rigatoni pastas didn't have a single piece of chicken in it and was extremely dry! Neither salad had dressing as well... Spent almost $50 having this delivered and will never happen again.
- RPRachel PayneApr 6, 20261.0We used to Love and frequent this place often. However, it has been a few years and boy have they changed. The food was terrible. I think I could have gotten something better from the Frozen section out of 7-Eleven . There was hardly anybody there. We were late in the evening after 7:00. Didn't get out of it till almost 8:30 and it was just four of us It was a wine Wednesday or wine Tuesday or something. I asked for wine for $5. A glass never got it. It's just terrible service. Terrible food and it seemed very claustrophobic from what it used to be quaint and charming. Because maybe they need a little bit of an up grade with their their eclectic decor which was cute and charming at first. But now it just like I said seems a bit claustrophobic. We were stuck in the center somewhere in there and no air. There was a whistle that kept going off. Maybe that was the kitchen calling for someone to pick it up but became annoying. The whole place is just not like it used to be. We will not returning unfortunately and I hope that Bucca steps up their game or they'll probably be like many of the others tried and true...and they just go out of business. :(

Our server was not only slow but seemed inexperienced. Took our order wrong, & then could not get drink order correct. I had one glass of wine. The lasagna was dry & the sauce was VERY acidic. Probably will not go back, especially since there was an 18% gratuity that truly was NOT earned by our waitress & the air conditioning was on Full blast Directly over our table which made for uncomfortable dining. This happened on Sunday, March 22nd at 3pm VERY DISAPPOINTED
