  We had an amazing experience at Bubba Gump Shrimp Co. thanks to our server, Kitti. From the moment we arrived, Kitti was incredibly friendly, attentive, and had such a positive attitude. He made us feel welcome the entire time and paid attention to every detail without being intrusive. Kitti knows the menu very well and gave us great recommendations. On top of that, his energy and charisma made the whole experience even more fun, perfectly matching the vibe of the restaurant. Definitely top-notch service. If you go, I hope you get Kitti as your server—he truly makes a difference. Thank you for everything!

  One of the best spots for a quick bite with an amazing vibe. The atmosphere is lively and welcoming, making it a great place to relax and enjoy your food. What really made the experience stand out, though, was the service especially José. He has such a unique personality and brings so much character to the place. Super friendly, engaging, and genuinely fun to talk to. He made the visit feel special, not just another quick stop. I’ll definitely be coming back again highly recommend stopping by and having a chat with José if you can!

  We actually came last night 4/4/2026 was served by TK who was WONDERFUL and had great suggestions. We lived it so much we came back for lunch and was served by Eddie who was WONDERFUL and offered great suggestions as well. The food was VERY GOOD!! We had the 30th anniversary Dipping Bucket and today we had the Boat Trash Maine Lobster. My husband and I shared each time. And there was plenty of food for both of us. It was a beautiful day in Las Vegas and we sat outside. Thank You for a great experience and food. Blessings from The Jumpers from Texas.

  Lennie is an absolute gem! Her infectious energy and bright smile instantly made our dining experience feel warm and welcoming. She's not only a fantastic server, but also a ray of sunshine - patiently answering every question and ensuring we had everything we needed. Her sense of humor had us laughing and feeling at ease. My husband and I had an amazing night out since it’s been awhile with our little one. Lennie's dedication to providing topnotch service is clear in every detail. If you get Lennie as your server, you're in for a treat! Don’t forget to and the dessert with their delicious strawberry shortcake hands down one of the best.
