  I don't know were to start about the service and food quality we got at this place. I was invited to brios for my sister-in-laws birthday dinner we got there and the sitting time wasn't bad, once we were seated that's when everything fall apart. We waited more then 20 minutes for drinks and bread, we had only one waiter for. Table of 15 also the same waiter had more tables, so he automatically had a bad attitude wicth was not profecional at all. The food was horrible cold da meet was very dry and the drinks that took almost 25 minutes to get the first time it was a nightmare to get new drinks I was drinking coke and I received 2 glass of soft drink the whole time we were there by the way we we're there for about 2/1/2 hours i can honestly said I will not go back to that place again....

  Beware of the young Latina girl with a lot of teeth in her mouth who will bring your food out to you cold and then not bring you your drinks. This is the absolute worst dining experience. I’ve had in my entire life and I’m 50. I’ve dined out a lot of places management should be ashamed of their self because the to go food that I ordered on DoorDash while I was sitting down, waiting came out hotter than my restaurant food disgusting I will be requesting a full refund from my credit card.

  We had dinner there with friends, the food was great the service was great. Our server Fannie was outstanding. Very enjoyable evening.

  We ate there last night and was very surprised to see that the lady that was arranging the plates that were being placed on the window was grabbing something in a pan with bare hands and placing it on food dishes. I watched her lick her fingers, I do not even think she ever washed her hands the whole time we were dining. Is there no practice in sanitation? I would hope that the company would train the staff on how to handle food properly before arriving to the guest.

  We love Brio at Town Square! Everything I've ever had here has been delicious. My favorites are: Grilled Salmon Fresco (and add pasta under it), Prawn Pasta (seasonal special), and the Wedge Salad. Also, the service has always been wonderful! We love our Sigi, she truly is the best and always gives us great service! She always remembers us as well! And special love to bartender Jen for being kind enough to make me a drink I used to love that they no longer have in the menu. Brio, please never change!
