  I was not expecting to like this place and the food as much as I did, but WOW! I loved it! The quality of their chicken tenders vastly exceeds that of Canes and Popeyes in every category: Flavor, Tenderness, Texture, and so on. The sides/"fixins" are great as well, and they have a wide variety of sauces to enhance the chicken tender experience (personal fave is the Peach Honey Pepper sauce, but the Bo Sauce is great too). Bojangles is easily my new chicken tender destination.

  Food is excellent, some of the staff are amazing. Q, however, is rude and has an attitude better served not facing the public. Honey, if you don't like your job, get a new one!!! I have been frequenting this specific location at least 2 to 3 times a week if not more since they opened. I love the reminder of Home with these biscuits. Casey and the other people working in here have always been incredibly kind happy welcoming but when Q is working, it is a different story. I customize my order so this morning I waited patiently for over 5 minutes before her coworker went to get her for my order. She walked up to the counter and said to me, "are you paying cash or card?" | responded with "card, please." This woman looked at me and said, "oh nice we have a kiosk for that, you can use it." I expect kindness and politeness whenever I'm spending money. I can also say that the next time I go to this location and I walk in and she's there I will turn around and leave.

  went to grab food here during a nearby comvention. poor staff was overworked to the bone, about 100 people were in the store ordering at the same time and we still got our food served hot and our smoothies nice and cold. ill bring extra cash next time so i can tip, they desserve it.

  I just moved back into the neighborhood right next door to this place. Was pretty excited about it. It took 30 minutes to get my to go order and when I got home, noticed they didn't give me the sauces I asked for so now I'm eating the chicken by itself and they didn't throw a fork in the bag. I just moved in and don't know where my forks are. How do I eat my Mac and cheese. Good try you guys but this service sucks. I won't be coming back to it. Simple mistakes could have been corrected but they don't know what they're doing. Won't be back!!

  I just visited this location on a late night, the place was packed and the menu was limited but ALL the staff were extremely kind, courteous and welcoming. The manager on duty Stackz went out of her way while already being overwhelmed to prioritize my order after I expressed grievance of waiting for so long. I was very impressed with that. She is a great example for your team and this looks like a fantastic positive place of work. Great work you guys! DJ
