Unfortunately, the employees seemed pretty unhappy that we came in so close to closing, even though they were still open until 10pm. The experience felt a bit uncomfortable because of that. I totally understand wanting to close up for the night, but customers should still feel welcome during posted business hours. Hoping it was just an off night. 🍦

The cake was hard like it had been sitting in the back of their freezer for years, and they didn’t give me exactly what I ordered either. Total waste of 50 bucks. Management doesn’t care either, don’t waste your time going to this location.

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
