First off customer service wasn't too great, don't know if they were just having off days and not feeling it but she was snappy w my husband when he tried ordering the Dubai chocolate bars..... The bars are NOTHING like the ones I had back in California..... These ones were the shape of the magnum ice cream bars on stick served in a plastic cup, was ALL mainly "mint flavored" ice cream in the center, with BARELY ANY of them cruchies (katafi)... Only in the last 2 bites but there was pistachio on top, and was LIGHTLY coated in chocolate..I could see the ice cream poking thru in some spots. In California, the ice cream came in the shape of a Dubai chocolate bar in a Baskin-Robbins pink wrapper, broke apart like a bar but easier, pistachio flavored ice cream with katafi Evenly throughout the whole ice cream in each knotch 🍫 Been to a few Baskin-Robbins here and havent found em yet, Mabey they just hand make em now.... Idk but the customer service at this location COULD BE MUCH BETTER 🤗

She said she couldn't do anything abt it i dont blame them cus i know how it is but ik for a fact they chould of exchanged it as I work in the food industry as well espically if it involves a allergy ..i walked out read the label and walked right back in .and they told me i count get a refund because the product left the building yet it was in a sealed container.my parents don’t speak English so they didn’t know what it was overall serving was a 4-10 . Highly disappointed

Although many of Baskin-Robbins’ flavors do not contain ingredients with gluten, and are marked as gluten-conscious*, they are NOT produced in a gluten free environment, which means there is always a chance for cross contact with gluten from other products in the manufacturing facility or restaurant. Joining the Birthday Club is free and easy! Simply create a Baskin-Robbins account in the BR App or online & complete your profile to join the Birthday Club. (You must be 13 or older to sign up.)
How will I get my birthday rewards?
Your birthday coupons will be automatically added to your account in the BR App on your birthday; head to the BR App on your special day to redeem!
Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.
I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
