- ZZZachMar 27, 20261.0I went to this Baskin Robbins on 3/26/26. I was treated rudely in May 2025 here, but decided to go again since it's been 10 months. I was treated very badly this time. It started from the moment I waked in. I proceeded towards the restroom before ordering, but then recognized the employee who was rude to me last year, because even though I did nothing wrong she asked me "What are you doing?" in a rude tone. Then I said "I remember you were rude to me last time, so bye bye" and turned around and left. The employee then yelled at the top of their lungs "Don't come back!!!" in a tone that made it like a threat if I do go back. I heard this even though I was well outside already and the door was shut. I'm reviewing this place because the older employee woman who was there might do behave like this to others. If the cameras were checked, it would verify this review. I will add, there was no one in the place either even though it was a hot March day in the 1 PM hour. Maybe she is rude to other people too so that is why. Don't go here if you want ice cream. Thank you for reading this review.

I stood at the counter for about 5 minutes while the staff completely ignored me. No greeting, no “we’ll be right with you,” nothing at all. It honestly felt like I wasn’t even there. After waiting and not being acknowledged once, I ended up leaving. A simple hello or acknowledgment would have gone a long way.

Yesterday Baskin Robin had .80 cents promotion per scoop today I see my account was charged almost $10 on my debit. The employee look suspicious already but we showed our apps and now I was trying to call the store they’re not answering and if they answer they will hang up the phones.

We loved her personality and she did such a great job with our cake, meeting our timelines, and addressing any questions and asks. Not only did we love the design, the confetti cake and ice cream was delicious (highly recommend the confetti cake as it was very moist). In summary, our interaction with Deb is what has made us loyal customers to Baskin Robbin’s and also this store. We look forward to more celebratory cakes from her in the future and appreciate the culture and personality she brings to her store. Thank you for welcoming us so warmly and being so personable. How will I get my birthday rewards?

Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.
I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
