Today they couldn't manage to have plain vanilla, the most basic of flavors. Ordered a cake last year and that was disappointing too, this was my last attempt at any redemption with them.

Every single time I’ve come into Baskin-Robbins recently, the experience has been disappointing—mainly because of the quality of the ice cream itself. The last three visits have all been the same: the ice cream is consistently mushy, soft, and already half melted before it even makes it into the cup. It’s not just slightly soft—it’s to the point where it feels like it’s been sitting out or the freezers aren’t set properly. Ice cream should be firm, scoopable, and hold its shape… not look like it’s already halfway to being a milkshake. At first, I thought maybe it was just a one-time issue, but after three separate visits spread out over months, it’s clearly a pattern. Something is definitely off here—whether it’s the freezer temperature, equipment issues, or just lack of attention to quality control. What makes it even more frustrating is the price. Baskin-Robbins isn’t cheap, and when you’re paying premium prices, you expect premium quality. Instead, you’re getting something that feels like it’s been sitting out too long. Honestly, you can go to Thrifty Ice Cream and get double the amount for half the price—and it’s actually frozen the way it should be. I really want to like this place because the flavors are great in theory, but the execution has been consistently poor. Until they fix whatever is going on with their storage or freezers, I can’t recommend this location at all.

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?

You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
