  Awful service. I ordered a 3 scoop sundae that cost $10.99. When my order was delivered this is what I got (see photos). I have gotten a 3 scoop sundae from BR in the past and it has never been this small. I drove to the location. I was initial ignored by both employees on multiple occasions despite both of them looking at me when I walked in with the ice cream in my hand and standing at the register for about 5 minutes. After waiting for one of them to check out their customer I asked if I could talk to her when she was done ringing up her customer. She said yes. Then when she finished with her customer, and immediately walked away from me to help someone else. I waited for the next girl to checkout her customer and asked the same. I eventually was able to get her to talk to me. When I showed her what I got she told me it was correct. She had an attitude during our whole conversation and when I told her my passed 3 scoops sundaes were much bigger she told me they must have given me too much. I asked for a managers name. She told me I was being very rude even though I never raising my voice or using foul language. I told her I had never received such a small sundae and I had ordered this multiple times before. She said she just finished training so she knows it is correct.. She agreed to give me the manager's name by writing it down on ripped piece of cardboard box that looked like the side of a donuts box with the flaps attached. While getting the cardboard to write down the name she said, "it's just ice cream". I asked if they had a Customer Service phone number they could give me, both girls said no they do not have that (I was able to find the 800 number on-line). She asked me if I wanted the, now melted ice cream back, I asked if she was going to give me a refund. She said, "no, because the order is right." I took my ice cream soup and went back home. I will never go back to this location. Cold Stone is across the street. I will be going there from now on.

  If I could give 0 stars that's what I would rate this store. I ordered a custom ice cream cake for a 4 year old bday to be decorated like Spiderman (picture included) on March 5th for pick up on March 10th. When I picked it up, the cake looked nothing like what I ordered. Instead of red with black webbing, it was white with blue-piped frosting around the edges and the spiderman plastic head placed on the top (not even on the side like the picture). When I asked to speak to the manager, the store employee called him (Eric) on the phone, to let him know the situation. I asked if the cake could be remade and I was told no, the cake decorator and owner (Laura) would not be in until the evening time and I needed the cake for the party at 5pm. I then asked to be compensated for the horribly decorated cake and I was told if I was to be compensated, Baskin Robbins would have to keep the cake, which wasn't an option as I needed a cake for the party. I asked if I could speak with the manager on the phone, and I was told no because he is not "on the clock." As a manager, you are always "on the clock" if you're the only manager overseeing the operations of the store. I told them I would be disputing the charge with my bank and writing a review of my experience. Magically the cake decorator, and owner (Laura) would NOW be in at 3pm, instead of the evening like I was originally told, and could remake the cake and be done at 5pm. SO...although this would make me late for the party, I agreed to this option. I went back at 5pm to pick up the cake hoping to speak with Laura, the store owner, but much to my surprise, she didn't stick around to talk with an unhappy customer. You'll understand why she didn't stay when you see the picture of the remade cake. Instead of scraping the frosting off the original cake, she put more frosting over the top of the white which turned the frosting pink, instead of red and the spider webbing was horrible. She clearly doesn't have the decorating skills to be making custom cakes. I could have done a better job. This cake for 6 people was $45 and no compensation. Needless to say I will never return to this store.

  I have on two separate occasions ordered ice cream for my fiance who loves the nutty coconut which isn't an available option on Doordash. Both times I've called and spoke with Nevaeh and Eric they both went above and beyond with swapping out for my ice cream of choice. I pray this gets to the right person to give them both a raise! They were so pleasant and its just ice cream!
