  The lady that was on drive thru was very nice and helpful! Greet us when we got there before I ordered then when we left she said have a wonderful day! She was a very bubbling and had an amazing smile! Wish I got her name! She put a smile on my face now for the rest of the day because of her positive energy! Wish I got her name because I want to call and tell the manager how wonderful she was! Around 4

  It's a hot or miss here honestly. Sometimes it's fresh and sometimes it's old meat and a tiny amount. Disappointing and makes us not want to go anymore.

  Ordered a number 4 and even have the change for kids hunger. Total was 14.00 I go back to work and ate all the fries on the way back. Opened the burger and the cheese was old. I can tell fresh melted cheese from cheese that’s been sitting for 6 hours. For 14.00 I want mine fresh. I took it back and was refunded for the burger not for the whole meal even though they inconvenienced me. Never again

  I went here last night. It was about 6 o'clock. No one in the store ordered a double Roast Beef sandwich and it was ready in under 30 seconds and ordered 3 potato cakes. It was ready and under a minute. By the time I got home, I looked the meat was brown and extremely ugly looking. And it was tough. They obviously had it sitting there same with the Potato Cake. It was not fresh at all. I hate to say it because I'm old school Las Vegas. But they should close this location or fix. There's no one ever in the parking lot.So today I came to alliante arby's and the meat was fresh and had some pink color to it and the potato cakes were definitely fresh.So if you want to get an rb sandwich, you'll have to travel by the one in alliante
