- LLLindsayMar 11, 20262.0The staff at this Albertsons are all wonderful, friendly, and attentive, but I am so over Albertsons as a company. Items are more expensive than other stores for no reason. Why is a 20oz impulse buy soda the same as a regular price 2-liter?! They mist the produce every 15 seconds which is a)unnecessary and b) results in soaking wet vegetables that go bad faster because they’re absolutely waterlogged and then you have to smother em in plastic to buy them. Half the time sales in the ad and sales marked on the shelf don’t line up. Stock is not adequate to meet demand; more often than not I go in for something on sale and they are out of stock completely. (See: Digiorno pizzas this week.) layout of the store makes no sense and near as I can tell is actually missing sections; circled the store 3 times today and could not find the bread aisle. Yes there’s the store bakery, but the national brands like Natures Own and Sara Lee were nowhere to be found. They certainly weren’t marked on store signage. Every time I leave Albertsons it’s never “yay I got a great deal!” It’s “thank God we’re done let’s get the hell out of here.” Life comes with enough stress the freaking grocery store shouldn’t be one of them.
