  The tide pods and other laundry things are locked behind a glass door which is fine because every other store does that. But unlike other stores, there is no button to push to call someone over with a key. So I had to go manually find an employee (which were nowhere to be found) and finally found one after 5 mins who said he doesnt have a key but will radio someone who does. So I go back and wait. 10 mins pass and no one. I go and find another employee. They say the same thing and radio for someone with a key to go to the laundry area. Wait another 10 mins and no onr shows up. Find a 3rd employee, and they didnt have a key either. They said the same thing but nothing happened. What was supposed to be a 5 minute trip to get tide pods ended up being a 30 minute waste of nothing. So I went across the street to smiths and got what I needed and was out in 5 mins. Do not go here because if you need assistance with anything they will be absolutely useless.

  Thank you Albertsons for losing video surveillance 🙏🏼"Negligent Spoliation" "Spoliation of Evidence" Now I can sue you for damaging, losing,tampering with evidence. This isn't a good look for your company when this all goes to trail. How do you lose footage with that type of surveillance cameras? Like I said this isn't a good look for you Albertsons. I pray this post makes people think twice before going to your location. Who knows you might get them charged for a crime they didn't commit and then lose surveillance footage 🤣😂 I'd give you triple negative zero STARS if I could.

  I’m honestly not someone who usually takes the time to write reviews, but I felt like this one was long overdue because of someone who truly deserves the recognition. I’ve been coming to this store for about a decade now, and over the years there’s one person in the bakery who has consistently made every visit better, Ilona. From the moment you walk up to the bakery counter, she greets you with the biggest, most genuine smile and such a warm, welcoming personality that it instantly puts you in a good mood. It’s the kind of kindness that you don’t see everywhere anymore, and it really makes a difference. I’ll be honest, the prices at the store can sometimes make me cringe a little, but people like Ilona are the reason I keep coming back. She has such an incredible knowledge of all the baked goods and is always happy to talk about them, recommend things, or explain what makes certain items special. More than once she’s convinced me to try something I would’ve never picked on my own, and every single time I ended up discovering a new favorite. You can tell she genuinely cares about what she does and about the customers she interacts with. After seeing her for so many years, it’s clear she’s one of those rare people who truly brightens someone’s day just by being herself. Even on quick stops, her positivity and friendly attitude stick with you long after you leave the store. It may seem like a small thing, but having someone like that behind the counter makes the whole experience feel more personal and welcoming. Ilona is a huge part of why I continue coming back to the bakery, and I really hope the store knows how lucky they are to have someone like her. Five stars all the way. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
