I called and spoke to Kim who refused to have the item redelivered. Guess we'll have do our shopping elsewhere from now on.
- JJJoshuathetreeMar 21, 20261.0I'm going to be honest. This place is okay. The area is dicey because it's in the downtown area. This shopping center is the first strip mall in Las Vegas. Go shopping in the morning/daylight not when the moon is out. You will get the vagrants panhandling outside. I've seen scorpions crawling. I've seen a huge rat in the store one time walking around the bakery area. Ive seen fist fights break out, lve seen the front window of the store get smashed with rocks by angry customers multiple times. The theft here is through the roof! Associates can't really do anything because they will get in trouble. It can stink sometimes outside in the parking lot on westside doors because of the service deli grease trap it leaks out and spills out on the parking lot so be careful. Carts are always a problem because they get stolen. I've heard real gross horror stories about the public bathroom. Watch out for codes on the dairy items and products on the shelf. I've seen actual poop on the aisles both from humans and pets. Be nice to employees here, they deal with crap everyday from customers and probably from their associates and or managers. Post apocalyptic Gladiators with coupons is this store. Or as I like to call it the concrete Zoo!
