- BDBrad Driz1 day ago1.0The ladies who work at the customer service desk are awful. Maybe they should work in the non customer facing part of the store. I was there Saturday 4/11/2026 in the afternoon and they ignored customers, then when they had to interact were rude, condescending and were talking about customers. I read Yelp comments and realized I wasn’t the only one who interactions like this in the past few months. Hopefully the leadership actually does something about the poor service

It has made me uncomfortable to come here at night and now they are there during the day too Please fix this
- TFTony FerrarioMar 10, 20262.0Albertsons the store was great, clean, well kept. Great looking grocery store. I encountered 3 employees. 2 of them were great. BUT! 1 particular employee was a crazy nightmare, not only to myself, but mostly to the other customers. I noted to her I think she yelled or snapped at every customer that was there in the store. The store was closing and she wanted everyone out. I told her we were trying, apologized, but that didn't stop her. It hadn't even hit the closing time. We had 5 minutes left and were standing in check out. The other employees there knew how unpleasant she was and apologized for her. They commented that's just how she is. What a total nightmare to have work a shift with her. I have a picture of her but I'm not posting it. Little white lady, that wears glasses, a face mask, with greyed out hair.
