  Albertsons is really good if they have a sale otherwise their staff is again talking crap about the patrons of course I I get they have a lot of people in and out but when rumors start to creating tension while your grocery shopping that's an issue. Especially when you have to donate and come up with grocery money and you're going in there and you're getting rest and harassed because people are accusing you of doing things that's not taking place but no it appears that some patrons or customers don't have a life and don't have any better to do it's a shame but check out you know your app before you go in the store see if there's enough deals for you to want to go there instead of one of the other places

  I absolutely love coming to Albertsons. I have always had a great experience coming here for all my needs, including getting a monthly RTC pass (that's a reduced fare since I'm a college student). Well Tuesday I had the utmost terrible experience with such a rude customer service lady. Her name is Ana. I have been coming here for my passes since July of 2025. I have never had a problem getting my reduced college pass. But on this particular day, it was a hassle. Ana told me I cannot get this pass, not should I have ever gotten it. I pointed to the RTC quideline poster that's on the counter and it clearly stated that university student are qualified to get this pass. And also if that was a problem, I do have my Medicade card as well. That was also clearly stated on the guidelines. When I pointed this out, she didn't even look nor even listened to this. She said that I should have never gotten a reduced pass and if I have before, then someone messed up. She had the worst attitude and was very very condocending. She wouldnt listen and kept interrupting me. I was extremely upset and left. I came back about an hour later and talked to another lady that's always absolutely amazing. When I told this other lady what happened, she took care of me right away and I received my pass. But ana at customer service desk, should absolutely not be there. Worst customer service lady ever.

  I don't know if this lady is a manager or not. I was told she's a bookkeeper. Her name is Anna Barry rude lady Does not belong in customer service.

  Store is usually ok. Customer service is almost non existent. Went to customer service for help and I was told that he just went on break. To my surprise NO ONE ELSE COULD HELP ME! It had to be him. I was told that by the lady in self checkout and then 5 minutes later by, I assume, the manager on duty. This is one important job at customer service that NO ONE ELSE can step in and help out when he goes on break. That guy must be making killer money since no one else can do his job. It's now been almost 10 minutes, multiple people waiting and still no help.

  Ive turned my back on my cart and found half eaten chicken wings stuffed in the cart. I was grossed out, but returned. Had to use the bathroom once and it was disgusting. Toilets filled with feces and clogged. I mentioned it to staff and they said, yeah we dont clean it to keep the homeless out.
