  I stopped in after working all day needed deli meat for dinner. Walking up to deli counter there’s a kid handing a customer a container of salad and he heads into the back another kid then follows him into the back. Now I am standing at the counter no one else around but me I notice a girl at the door of the back looking at paper work I waited a few minutes and asked her is there a bell or something I need to ring? She looked up at me and didn’t say a word looked right back down. I waited another few minutes and no one came out and I left. Three people one customer no one did anything!!!! I went to my car called the customer service number told them what happened they gave me a case number and said someone would call me. I called them back to ask why no one called and I was then told they were going to escalate this and guess what still no call. Albertsons is right on my way home and was easy to get in and out of but I will not be stopping there anymore I will drive out of my way to Smith’s.

  Was told I could not cash a payroll check because I already signed it, at the counter, in store. No signage indicating that that is their policy.huge inconvenience and pretty much ruined my day. I was given attitude over it as well

  While usually slightly more expensive than other stores, the selection and clean stores are worth the higher prices. If using the app and shopping the deals it is consistent to see the total reduced by 30-40%.

  I have been shopping at this store since it first opened and have always enjoyed coming here. Unfortunately, my experience today was particularly frustrating. There were several teenagers running through the store and at one point they nearly knocked me down. It appeared they were simply hanging out rather than shopping. I understand that stores are open to everyone, but behavior like this creates an unsafe and unpleasant environment for customers. I hope management can address this issue so that shoppers can move through the store safely and comfortably. For now, I will likely adjust the time I shop in order to avoid situations like this. I wanted to share this feedback because I otherwise appreciate the store and would like to continue shopping here.

  Got some fresh ribs from the deli case, looked great, taste like old leather. Like the hockey pucks the golden knights practice with, like old beef jerky past it's expiration date after being left out on the sun. I'd rather go to the McDonald's dumpster. People literally serving up some burnt offerings!
