This morning, after I finished my breakfast at your location, I requested a cup of hot water. Surprisingly, I had to ask twice, and the staff’s attitude was extremely rude. They even told me that their coffee machine does not have a hot water function. I find this quite puzzling because as far as I know, McDonald’s coffee machines generally do have the capability to dispense hot water—otherwise, how is the coffee prepared? As a customer, I feel that this response was unprofessional and not in line with the service standards I expect from your brand. I kindly ask that you look into this matter and ensure that your staff are properly trained to provide the basic services that should be available to all customers, including offering hot water when requested. I would not eat from any joint offering food in this town. Absolutely disgusting and a completely different experience compared to my trip through as a kid. Seems like everything is closed/abandoned. Will never stop on my way through again.
