- JRJessica RussellJan 1, 20261.0We have come to inclined burgers many times before. The owner Mitch is a very kind man, if he had been there tonight, I know he would've been extremely disappointed. Myself and many others left upset. We ordered to go. Upon picking it up, it looks correct, when we got home, we realized that our burgers had no cheese and only lettuce (no other toppings) and there was no chicken on our chicken salad. When I went back to ask for my correct order or for them to remake the mistakes. I was met with absolute attitude and rudeness from the young lady at the to go window. She Claimed that I said no cheese on my burgers and that I shouldn't put that if that's not what I wanted... I was shocked . Even after I showed her my mobile order which clearly does not say no cheese on it. The young girl then tried to talk to the manager on duty and cooks in the back. Instead of them remaking my meal right away and apologizing for the inconvenience they argued back-and-forth and I was met with a lot of anger and no apologies. In Spanish, the girl continued to tell the cooks several times in that I asked for no cheese, but apparently now that's not what I want. Which she knew was her mistake not mine. first, the manager on duty gave me the remade chicken salad with chicken on it. Then I said I was still waiting for my two burgers to be made, and he was visibly upset, then there was more arguing between him and the young lady. I received my two burgers after another 15 minutes and had to ask for my fries again, which we're just sitting at the heat lamp, not remade. We are incline locals and it's sad that we've lost a restaurant that we have been loyal to. Attached is the receipt they gave me which states no cheese, and the picture of my mobile order that clearly says extra SPECIAL SAUCE and that's it. After all their arguing about remaking my food it is now been an hour and a half since I placed my mobile order and am driving home with my food. No apologies. 60$ for 2 burgers and a chicken salad.... And the worst customer service.
