  Nobody acknowledged myself and my husband when we walked into the restaurant. They looked at us but that's it. There WAS someone in the back but STILL no communication!!! I called the store and the manager got on the phone completely oblivious to what had just happened. This is ridiculous!! I even went thru the drive thru to see if someone would come to the window... Hahaha NOPE!!!! IF I could give negative stars , I would. 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️

  I don't know what happened to this place, but it's gone downhill. Waited eight minutes to order and the drive through line and then had to repeat the order.When I got to the window, because the guy apparently didn't put it in the system. I then ordered one of their limited edition frosties, and he said nothing. But took the money and then gave me a regular frosty and told me they were out of the other kind. Not coming back here again.

  The service was not good I waited for 30 minutes for our food & the food was old and cold terrible, will never go back there again 😢

  Good experience my order was wrong the last time but the manager on duty Richard did his best and make sure that they were fresh and accommodated me 100% I feel he deserves recognition because people don’t get recognition when they do good things for people or replace your order with no problem thank you kindly Richard from Wendy’s on Mark and Sunset for some reason, I can’t write another review So I’m gonna add to this one Daniel was very Courteous anytime there’s a problem this particular store fixes your order without a problem without question I think that’s amazing. I’m always prepared that my receipt available but again they take care of you. They need recognition here more at this store so if I can give 10 stars I would thank you Daniel and thank you to the team at Wendy’s on Sunset in Mark. I always have a good experience at Wendy’s on Mark and Sunset, but I’m wondering why I can only leave one review or keep adding to the same review. I should be able to leave multiple reviews. This one is for Steeven was very kind with my order. very polite needs recognition thank you
