  Hi I come here twice a week the food here is so delicious everyone that works here is so freaking amazing I live in summerlin I drive all the way to Green valley just to see the staff that works here and get their delicious avocado sandwich it's so good when I'm six feet under put the avocado turkey sandwich next to me that's the last thing I want to ever eat again is from tropical smoothie the most delicious food in the whole galaxy thanks everyone to be so sweet very sweet thank you sweet people 👻👻👻👻👻😀😀😀🥰

  We are super sad the Avacolada is gone: my son on the spectrum was obsessed with this and was super heart broken when we went for an order and it was no longer being offered. Please bring it back!

  Very disappointing experience at this location. We ordered two Mango Monsoon smoothies, and both were barely blended, mostly chunky ice and very watered down with almost no flavor. We also ordered a Cali Flatbread and an All-American Wrap. The All-American Wrap came without the protein we requested, and the Cali Flatbread was missing both the smashed avocado and the chipotle mayo that are supposed to be part of the item. To make matters worse, we tried calling the store multiple times to resolve the issue, but no one ever answered the phone. Overall, a pretty frustrating experience and unfortunately not one I would recommend.

  Kenzi was so kind! Every time that I walk in this store, it’s just amazing energy. These people sure know how to help me out when I don’t know what I want! There was a boy there too, I didn’t catch his name, but he answered all my questions and made for a great conversation! Store is always clean and welcoming! Definitely a new regular spot! :)

  Ordered a Bahama mama with whey protein 2 days in a row. First day, it didn’t taste like there was any protein at all but I didn’t go back, I just let it go because the girl seemed to be having a bad day because she wasn’t the warmest to me and my 4 year old. Second day, I confirmed my order at the speaker. I heard Bahama mama with whey protein, but when I was charged and given my receipt it read pea protein. Turns out, the girl from yesterday is the assistant manager and is the one who rang my order(not having read it back to me in person before charging my card) so the next person who came to the window already had my drinks made so I couldn’t give the heads up beforehand. I politely asked the girl if my drink was made with pea protein and she said yes and I explained I ordered whey but noticed it was wrong on the receipt and I was so sorry but asked if she could she remake it. She said yes, but then the assistant manager came back to the window and said she would not be remaking it. I am always friendly , I am not a complainer, and I always tip. I would’ve tipped extra for them remaking it even though it was an honest miscommunication, I would’ve been appreciative. Honestly, I likely would’ve paid for a second drink just to have it made correctly because it was just as much my mistake as it was hers, but she was committed to being right and petty. Two days in a row the assistant manager with red hair and glasses (she wouldn’t give her name) was not friendly or try to resolve anything professionally. I asked if they could make it with whey, and she said no because she said that I confirmed pea protein at the speaker. She then offered to dump out the wrong drink and give me a refund instead of making me a new drink. She wanted me to leave without a drink at all because of a miscommunication about the protein. For a manager to commit to full pettiness when it was a small honest mistake that could’ve been resolved, a drink I paid for and always tip for, I don’t believe should be a manager at all. When your window says “good vibes” and then I get treated that way twice by a manager, it is not okay. I hope that whatever is bothering that girl so much, she heals from it. You’ve got to be really hurt by someone or something if you can be rude to a complete stranger and a 4 year old little girl for wanting to say hello and thank you for making her smoothie. Thank you to the other employee for trying to help resolve it.
