  The assistant manager Pat starts the interaction as a walk in the door with the service animal and ask if my service animal is friendly. Before I know it there's an Unleashed poodle running around that literally lunges and attacks my dog, as I kick the dog away the owner comes up could care less what happened and Pat says nothing. Not only does he never take my drink but clearly that was his friend who he allows an Unleashed dog as a threat to any Patron especially those who have service animals in that facility when I notified Misty the next day she could care less. Here are the pictures to prove everything... of course after I complained to Pat he finally put the dog on a leash which you'll notice in the picture. I'll be notifying corporate tomorrow.

  My wife is at the hospital in ICU. I needed a break from the cafeteria food and did not want to drive, walk far or run across a busy road. PT's Gold i right next door. My first vist 8 met a very friendly man in the very early A.M. behind the bar. I was kind of zoned out from lack of sleep and my situation but he helped me come out of my shell a bit. Engaged in some talk and showed me how these bar poker machines worked. Today I met Misty, I ordered a chicken sandwich with curly fries, perfect. Sat at my same bar stool and told her what a great guy I met bartender there the other night. She set me up with a player card and I played a few hands of poker while I ate. They have cool trays that hang on the edge of the bar so you can still play and still have room for your beer. That rocks. I had never been in on of these places because I thought of them as just a gaming/gambling lounge. It is so much more, check it out and see for yourself. I wanted to add something (03 March 2026) My wife is back in ICU. We had to put our house up for sale to move closer to medical. I was driving an SUV while pulling a trailer. I make a run with stuff to the new house then go visit my wife at the hospital. Only I dont know where to park while pulling a trailer when at the hospital! PT'S GOLD is right next door and they had room for it. I walked in to adk if it was ok to park there and I could not believe how kind they were! The bartender, Zeta was genuinely concerned about my wifes condition. My wife is dying from IPF, end stage and I dont know how long she has. Zeta was holding a double cheese burger with fries at the time and said it was her meal but wanted me to have it. She boxed it up, put in a drink and said how sorry she was to hear about this. The bartender I met previously, Erick, had just walked in and greeted me and also expressed his concern for my wife. They told me if there is anything they can do to help me, to just come in. This kind of love and care for a stranger really touched me. This is a great place, with people who care. Its hard to find this level of compassion in today's world. I would like to commend them for being more than a place to eat but a place you can really know things are going to be good with people who are exceptional. Thank you Zeta, Erick and Misty, the people who I have met there who helped me be more at ease in my time of tragedy. PT'S GOLD is a great place!

  Friendly atmosphere beautiful outside patio gaming Good appetizers that was my first time there... Recommend it for anybody who wants to hang out after work that kind of stuff at the bar That's what I experience so yeah had a good time with my friend had seen her in a long time so good food good everything
