This was hands down the BEST Pho place I’ve been too. I absolutely love Pho, but I wanted to try something different. The menu had so many options, I didn’t even know what to get because everything looked so good.
I’ll get back to the food review, but I’d like to take a minute to acknowledge customer service/hospitality. Our server Hyu (aka Wii) was P H E N O M E N A L !!!! He was so down to earth, had such an inviting spirit, and checked in on our table, but not overly checking. Some people just go to work and “fake” the hospitality, but you can tell he’s such a genuine soul. Good job having him on the staff!
Now back to the food: Amazing food, quality, super clean environment, and nice portions. I will say, I thought the prices were slightly high BUT it’s worth it when you get your food, and see the portions.
Will definitely return.
We ordered the special pho, seafood pho and filet pho and all three were delicious! The portions were generous with a good amount of noodles and protein. The iced Vietnamese coffee with condensed milk was also really good. The service was great and everyone was so nice. There aren’t a lot of pho restaurants in the area so I’m glad I have a go-to spot now when I’m on this side of town. Highly recommend this place!
We went here for my daughter's birthday dinner and they were so helpful. It was busy for a Thursday night, but they were very accommodating to our larger party. There was always a helpful smile whenever we needed anything. Everyone has such a great attitude and service. Pho broth was great, btw. As a small business owner myself, I really appreciated the service.
My kids are still asking to go back and my MIL loved their Bun Cha Gio Ga. We live in California, but will definitely return whenever we are in town. Happy early 1 month grand opening!

Sitting in the parking lot as I type this review. The customer service is exceptional here and the atmosphere was welcoming. There was a good amount of space and I was able to choose my seating near the window. The reason for 3 stars is the food really lacked flavor. I ordered the shrimp/pork spring rolls and the sauce was good but the spring rolls were very basic. The pork belly had a weird flavor, almost vinegary and it was dry. The short rib pho was tender and I liked how hot the broth was. I just wish the broth had more flavor. It just overall lacked depth and salt.. which I find common here in vegas since moving from the south. Overall good place to check out.
The place? Fantastic. There's outdoor seating, the inside is spacious but inviting. Very clean, very organized.
The food? Incredible. The teas are incredibly fresh and delicious. The fried egg roll plate was so worth it. It tasted like the same style I had when I was a child. I asked them about it and apparently it's closer to how they make it back home. The skin of the fried egg rolls are so light and crisp. The sauce balances everything out so well (even though everything tastes amazing without it). The pickled carrots are refreshing. The vegetables and herbs are incredibly fresh and you can tell how much effort is added in plating. The Pho is delicious. The broth lacks nothing. The Chicken Satay had my 7 year old closing his eyes with each bite. He literally begged me to come back a few times. The grilled beef and grilled shrimp were so full of flavor. The coffee had me going through the whole day. They even have some really great vegetarian options!
The service? Amazing. Everyone took the time to explain any questions the first time we went. The second time, when I brought my Mom, they were just as warm and patient. You can tell they take so much pride in their work.
We took a moment to ask the owners a little bit about them and their restaurant. As of right now, since the original posting of this review, it will have been a little over a month since their soft-opening. They've been somewhat busy (and frankly, I'm hoping they stay busy). Originally, they had a restaurant in Colorado, but they picked their whole lives up, children included, and moved all the way out here to Henderson. They're a genuinely amazing family and restaurant and I hope everyone who comes out here enjoys their food just as much as we have.
