  Placed an order through the app at 3:30am showed up at 3:35 said. “We don’t open up again until 4 and told me to cancel my order” all websites say open 24hrs

  Loyal customer I come in usually in the morning had a longer sleazy came later and was shocked in the management and employees lack of hospitality over sauce when I ordered 30 nuggets is rediculous

  I've lived near this McDonalds for over 4 yrs, now. Is their shake machine working yet? I've been here a few times, always thinking it would be better. Not. Never. Nada. No... No shakes at McDonalds? WHATttttt? Plus, the burgers were missing stuff & cold or burnt. Once it was the meat patty that was missing, the others were just trim. It was always the wrong order & I had to go back through the line. After the first trip I learned to see what was in the bag... and what was in the wrapper! When the replacement order was also wrong I gave up. I will never darken their drive-through again. I'm posting this here so everyone can see it. I have also observed that "the owner" will tell me to go to another site. No apology, no defense. Just go here & post it again.

  I used the kiosk to order and pay. Done it before, but at the end the screen changed and I never got a receipt or order number. They found my order anyway but high tech is really not that great. It gets glitches. Food was fine, place was very cold. Also very busy. The parking lot is hard to figure out since over half of it is the drive through.

  slow to service, too many careless teens, zombie-ish staff and lack of attention to customers when they’re at the counter. if you people are miserable then find a new job. And no i’m not interested in your cut and paste link response
