  10/10 drive thru experience. Fresh warm soft chocolate chip cookies! Greg took our order and had the best energy I’ve ever been given on a Tuesday night. He had great vibes and his personality is bubbly & energetic. I hope he is treated well during his shifts because he deserves nothing less. Greg should get a raise his hospitality and attention to detailed orders is unforgettable. Thank you Greg!

  I don’t understand this location. I’ve been THREE DIFFERENT TIMES and I use curb side pick up via the app. All three times they have been SO slow. Over 25mins one time to where I came in and they didn’t even start my order. One time I’ve tried picking my order via the drive thru and they made me park and wait for another 10mins. My order isn’t even complicated. It’s mostly always a Big Mac (no customization to it), fries and a drink. But something as simple as that takes over 10mins. The drive thru line always moves at a pace of a snail. I work in the restaurant industry and this should be a norm or tolerated. What’s always nice is the employees taking a hit of their vape in between dropping orders off to cars, it’s always seen. I’ve written my concerns to the restaurant on the app the past two times I was there and they’ve never responded. So you’re a losing a customer from me. I live close to this location, but I’m driving over to the location on Sunset st, because you guys never care. At least that location goes very fast and doesn’t have a million homeless people begging for food and money there.

  I ordered chicken nuggets, which were dry & tasteless. The spicy chicken sandwich was awful. It was hard, tasteless, & dry. French fries were hot & fresh. Believe it or not, the milkshake machine was operable. The two milkshakes I bought, vanilla & strawberry, were the highlight of my order. Maybe this nostalgic company should drop chicken on their menu altogether. Keep the fries hot & fresh, & the milkshake machine working.
