I don't give many 5 stars but this one is deserved. I believe I've found a real gem in the desert. I'm just crushed they dont have one in Arizona (hint hint -- y'all would clean up but please open in Surprise). Let's start with our greeter. She was beyond pleasant. Greeted and our needs were her first concern! Then our server. If you go into the Henderson location try to get in Codys section. Impeccable service from the moment we sat down until the check was paid, timing was perfect he explained the designations on the menu and made excellent recommendations. Now the food. I'm not sure about all locations but ..in Henderson NV the food was PERFECTLY balanced. Even for a bit spice kinda gal +because too much spice can hide bad cooking*. The spice is balanced so well in everything we tried. (And we tried A LOT). Sweet and spice is a signature flavor here and THEY GOT OT GOING ON!! we tried the chips (brought to our table and holy cow that sauce with those chips. Amazing), brussel sprouts, Crispy deviled eggs, a candied bacon to start the. The cuban with onion rings and the BBQ burger with truffle fries and finally banana pudding. Of all these the cuban was least favored but it was very good and the BBQ burger and truffle fries was the big win! The flavor in this burger was show stopping. We ended up splitting the Burger as it was so good I felt it only fair to share! (Even if I didn't want to lol). Now the banana pudding. That is a dessert that is almost always too sweet. Not this one. Again I say the balance was impeccable it was not too sweet nor did it lack flavor due to less sweetness that is a HARD balance to achieve! Now that I've written a small novel, I highly recommend this restaurant and will be back every time we are in LV! 10 of 10 would recommend!

Christopher delivered an exceptional dining experience at Lazy Dog. The restaurant itself is impressive, with a spacious interior and a large outdoor area. The décor feels warm, comfortable, and homey—perfect for relaxing and losing track of time. Our waiter, Christopher, was incredibly attentive and knowledgeable. We trusted all of his recommendations, and he did not disappoint. For lunch, he suggested the beef bulgogi, which was an absolute 10 out of 10—flavorful, perfectly cooked, and unforgettable. He also recommended the honey feta appetizer with grilled sourdough, which was a huge hit at our table. The combination of sweet and savory flavors was outstanding. On top of that, we tried the candy bacon, which was simply amazing. It hit every taste note—from the salty bacon to the sweet maple, all showcasing the high quality of the meat. Christopher also took the time to let us know that everything is made fresh, including all sauces and dressings, which made the experience even mo try.

My wife and I visited the Lazy Dog and I wish I listened to my gut and never went in. We were seated outside while there was a birthday party of younger children, and despite these kids running throughout the dining area, throwing bean bags in the direction of other diners, the staff never once addressed; even when twice I watched these kids nearly run into a server coming through a doorway. Our service was terrible, our first host introduced and asked if we'd been there, and LEGITIMATELY mid answer, walked off. We had a new host 2-3 minutes later, however we watched our previous one walk around chatting with other employees. The food was okay, though I've never been to a restaurant that can somehow make lemon pepper chicken bland. Half of the dishes name is taste and seasoning and it was still SUPER bland. Ending our dinner service, the host had no problem dropping off the card reader, even before asking how anything was, if there was anything else we wanted, or if we needed a box to go. Priority was getting us out. Should have listened to my gut. The dogs that were there genuinely were the most well behaved individuals on site; including staff and guests... (EDIT) This place seriously lacks accountability - do yourself a favor and scroll through the last three years of reviews. Anything 4-5 stars gets a response, and 1-2 stars get ghosted.

First things first….WOW! Amazing customer service. Every single person in this establishment was friendly. Not one person was seen without a smile! This is super rare these days. So this was very warming. Secondly, this was my very first time coming to Lazy Dog. I’ve never even heard of it. The staff made my first time amazing, also providing some complimentary house chips which were “chefs kiss” amazing!!!!!!! Lastly, the food was absolutely delicious. (You have to try the fried deviled eggs, my mouth is still on the floor from how yummy they were). Our server, Blake was super sweet and he knew the menu, and might I add how patient he was while we got settled into our table with a little baby lol. Also, the beautiful Deeana stopped by and chatted with us, and we weren’t even her table. But she was so kind and asked if we needed anything. Truly amazing staff! This staff should be rewarded for their teamwork, customer service/hospitality, and quality of the food. Not to mention, the prices were amazing. This will definitely be one of my new go to spots.

I had such an amazing experience at Lazy Dog, and I have to give a huge shoutout to Brandon and Hayden for making it unforgettable. From the moment we walked in, they were both incredibly welcoming, attentive, and genuinely kind. You can tell they take pride in what they do. Brandon went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect—checking in at just the right times, making great recommendations, and keeping such a positive, friendly energy the entire time. Hayden was just as impressive—super professional, quick, and detail-oriented while still making us feel relaxed and taken care of. It’s rare to come across service like this where you feel truly valued as a guest, and these two definitely set the bar high. They worked seamlessly as a team and made our visit smooth, fun, and stress-free. Because of Brandon and Hayden, I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this location to friends and family. Lazy Dog is lucky to have them!
