  I eat in Jimmy Johns at least 3 times a week for the past 10 yrs. I recently went to the one on Stephanie St. In Henderson and ordered the regular size special they were running for 8.95 including drink and one side. When I got home I open the sandwich and I had one thin cut piece of meat cut in half and folded in half and it barley covered the bun. Along with one smaller than normal piece of cheese. I ordered no lettuce. When the top bun was on the bottom bun u couldn't tell there was anything in it. I thought they gave me an empty bun at first. I took photos of it and I called the main corporate number and filed a complaint. The person on the phone said the franchise owner would call me within 2 business days and that's been a week and still no call. I will never go to that location again and I already have sat around the corner in my car and actually stopped many people from going in there. A couple people I told them if they go to Cane's next door I'll give them 5.00 and I did. Everytime I now go in the one near St. Rose and Eastern ave. Their sandwiches are 5 times larger than the ones on Stephanie and Wigwam St. In Henderson. DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY BUSINESS OR U WILL REGRET IT.

  I got to tell you I have a mixed feelings about Jimmy John's. I absolutely think all their sandwiches are totally a rip-off they give you so little meat, seriously like a kid sandwich, BUT the bread is fantastic and they make one sandwich the GARGANTUAN. It's literally one of my favorite sandwiches, but I wouldn't buy any of the other sandwiches personally but I know people that do. But I tell you generally speaking the staff is fun and nice, the stores are clean, they're just really great so thank you all those guys that have served me well and made me great gargantuans! Go there, split a gargantuan or if hungry get your own. Cheers.

  I love Jimmy John's sandwiches. The employees at this location are very friendly and courteous. The place is always clean.

  I put this as one of my favorite place. Friendly staff. If you expect a diversified menu, I guess this isnt your place. They focus on their limited sandwiches menu, simple but great. We ordered a grande size of Big Jimmy, we're satisfied.

  Jimmy John’s is a great grab and go sandwich shop, just not at this location. A male employee (not wearing a name tag) stood and talked to the female staff member making my sandwich so loud, barely took a breath and the topic was inappropriate. She couldn’t concentrate, obviously trying not to pay attention to him. I asked him to please stop talking so she could concentrate and I can get my order. His ego wouldn’t allow that and he proceeded to berate me & I would have left if my food wasn’t ready. I found a franchise that has awesome staff and even a drive thru so I can still get the food I enjoy.
