  The staff was unfriendly like they didn't want to be there.The sandwich was good not really good.I had to ask for a bag,and napkins.I will not be ordering from that JJ's again!

  I just went to this location and spoke with the manager. I asked why the delivery drivers was parked in the handicapped spot right in front of the store. He said she was handicapped lmao. The delivery drivers is handicapped delivering your Jimmy John’s sandwiches. No shes not and she shouldn’t be parked in customer handicapped parking. Sad store and pathetic manager. Go to a different location.

  This location on Sunset rocks! At least once a month I have them cater my weekly customer appreciation lunches, and they always come through. I never have a problem with these large orders. Fast service and always on time. Thank you!!!!

  Placed an order for delivery, they called to say they don’t have a delivery driver and I need to come pick up or pay over the phone? Canceled the order and won’t patronize this location again.

  Workers won’t honor national deal like $1 meal deal, just because. Lie and say its not valid anymore, when it is. Rude, won’t make sandwich correctly.
