  Plastic wrap was in my sandwich. I sent an email to the store AND to corporate. No response, no refund for the sandwich, no apology, not even an acknowledgment of any sorts. Disgraceful.

  Fastest Jimmy John's experience ever! By the time I finished paying and we walked over to pick up the order, it was already being bagged. Food was fresh and prepared perfectly. This is probably the best Jimmy John's I've been to in the valley.
