  Food was great and the workers were very nice and seemed to be having fun. Just too expensive. Five Guys is the best burger but I paid double from other burger places.

  Let me tell you the burgers 🍔 here are definitely worth a try. If you haven't had one yet I'm telling you that you will enjoy it. I'll say what makes Five guys different is the amount of fries 🍟 you get in your bag. Whatever size fries you ordered. They will add more on top of the bag. I couldn't finish all the fries, they are appealing. The cashier was very friendly and all the tables were clean. All the employees got along. Thr atmosphere was that of a good vibes. I would come back here.

  I really like Five Guys and the service is good, but the orders take a long time and they should work and talk less amongst themselves and ignore the customers.

  Placed an online order (see receipt). You're able to customize your burger the way you want it. My spouse is allergic to ketchup. We get home, he checks his burger, there's ketchup!! See picture below. I immediately call this location, I speak to Julio and he told me that I can come back for a remake...we're at home. No apology. No sympathy. Julio then passed the phone to a female manager or assistant manager. I tell her the situation, same thing. No apology. No sympathy. Just "oh yeah! I remember that order! you can come back for a remake". I tell her we can't come back tonight, but that we would come the next day. She says "ok, what time??" Ma'am, I don't know! But my spouse says 2pm. She then says "ok then..." silence on the phone. To break the silence, i say "..ok! Thank you!" She says "thank you have a good night *click*" . Maybe they both missed the part where I said he was ALLERGIC?!?!

  This location has the worst customer service possible in the industry. I called twice to ask about a BOGO deal that wasn’t working in app or on the website. Both times I got hung up on promptly without even a conversation or any feedback on how to do it in person. For a place that sells overpriced average burgers they could at least try and get a customer in the door. Apparently priorities are screw the customer.
