There was an associate that was at entrance working hard in cleaning the glass windows. But it's so Shabby, oily, dusty, musty it was not helping. But he really tried. The African American kid "working" the register just stood there talking to his girlfriend for almost 10 minutes while I waited to order, I finally walked out and he made some crass comment to me as I walked out the door. Additionally, every time I've gone in this location there is always at least 1 homeless person sleeping in the dining room,without exception and in the past I've gone here quite frequently because I work nearby. Never again though.
