    I've been to this location twice and issues both times. I would recommend avoiding this location and the Burger King nearby as well. Both locations continuously hire incompetent staff.

    Was in drive thru today and was the only one in line and was a total ghost town perfect right ? At least a good condition to just order a 4 price chicken nuggets and two single patty sandwiches small order no drink even no fries still get asked to pull forward?? Okay still no biggie. Till about 7 mins passed and three other customers were taken care of a girl came out to say it would be soon but even with the other 3 customers that eventually came and went it was confusing why we were still waiting so at this point I'm not even wanting to give my kids this food something is definitely off I go inside expecting it'll probably be ready by time I get to counter nope I stood there watching confusing still I ask someone in this empty quiet restaurant for a refund at this point suddenly they say we will get it now...um no I don't want it anymore such a small order and something is off ..then a manage r comes up with a note hand written on my receipt saying I have to wait till Friday for a refund?!?! It's Sunday the note on my receipt says if refund still has not appeared call us?!?! Like since when ? What is going on at this location

    Wow. Excellent costumer service by the nice lady (i think her name might be Angela) working at 545pm on Wednesday, October 22nd. Wendy's should train all their restaurants to do things like they do.
